You aren't given an instruction manual to navigate through life:
We all face many choices and stressors beyond our control, and we may find ourselves confused, overwhelmed, or feeling a sense of hopelessness.  Whatever you are facing, you do not have to deal with it alone, You can alleviate your stress by working through things with a trusted therapist.  Many people worry how they will be viewed for reaching out for support.  Rest assured that we will give your privacy and personal goals the utmost respect.

Individual counseling can often reduce strain in relationships:
Maybe you are unable to get your partner to agree to counseling and you want to find ways to improve your relationship.  We can offer ideas about how to impact your relationship in positive ways on an individual basis.  Please refer to our Couple Therapy page for insight to Joni's approach with couples.

Contact us with questions or to schedule an appointment:
You may simply need to ask about our approach or what is involved with starting work with a therapist.  Please feel free to call or email with questions or to schedule an appointment.
